Rover Discovery - takes 2 off 40-litre, 315mmŲ tanks (80 litres
total). Some fitters prefer to use a 40-litre and a 35-litre
combination where a factory tow bar has been installed. Either option
can be used in conjunction with our replacement petrol tank which holds
36 litres. Together, these tanks give a TOTAL ACTUAL fuel capacity of
106 or 110 litres.
As an alternative to the skidded cradle and pair of LPG cylinder tanks, we can also supply an
80-litre, ellipsoidal, 4-hole LPG
tank (without skid).
Jeep
Grand Cherokee - Series 'WJ' (4.7-litre V8 and 4-litre 6-cyl. models)
- takes an 80-litre, 360mmŲ and a 50-litre, 315mmŲ LPG tank (130
litres total). This cradle does not
compromise ground clearance and may be fitted on conjunction with a Jeep-approved
tow bar. No internal modifications to the vehicle are required, i.e. the floor does not have to be raised, and when
used in conjunction with our replacement petrol tank (47.3 litres /
10.4 gall.), gives a TOTAL ACTUAL fuel capacity of over 150 litres.
